Gift Card Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the purchase, use, and redemption of digital gift cards ("Gift Cards") issued by MWCustoms.net through our online store.

1. Purchase and Activation

  • Purchase: Gift Cards can be purchased online at MWCustoms.net.
  • Delivery: Gift Cards are delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
  • Non-Refundable: All Gift Card purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Gift Cards cannot be canceled after purchase.

2. Validity and Expiration

  • Validity: Each Gift Card is valid for one (1) year (365 days) from the original date of purchase.
  • Expiration: The remaining balance on a Gift Card will automatically expire at the end of the one-year validity period. Any unused balance after the expiration date will be forfeited.
  • Balance Check: The current balance and expiration date of a Gift Card can be checked by contacting customer service at sales@mwcustoms.net.

3. Redemption

  • Use: Gift Cards can only be redeemed for merchandise or services online at MWCustoms.net.
  • Exclusions: Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
  • Partial Use: If the purchase total is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the Gift Card until it expires or is fully used.
  • Split Payment: If the purchase total exceeds the Gift Card balance, the difference must be paid using an accepted form of payment (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Non-Cashable: Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund, except as required by applicable law.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

  • Responsibility: The Company is not responsible for any Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
  • Replacement: Lost or stolen Gift Cards will not be replaced unless the original purchase receipt and the unique Gift Card code can be verified and the card has not yet been used.

5. Restrictions and Abuse

  • Transferability: Gift Cards are transferable and may be gifted to another person.
  • Resale: The resale of Gift Cards is strictly prohibited.
  • Abuse: The Company reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel a Gift Card if it suspects fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

6. General Provisions
