Q: What does RGBW mean?A: RGBW is the same as RGB, with one additional color added-true white.
Q: Do your products have a warranty?**If you have questions regarding the installation process, please contact us.
A: The customer is responsible for any damage caused by shipping, as the product must be packaged with care using bubble wrap, etc. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance in this situation.
Q: What is the return policy?For returns on other products, a store credit gift card will be provided to the customer for future purchases. Store credit is not offered for open box items.
Q: Who pays for shipping on returns?A: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If the exchange is necessary due to our error, we will provide a return label.
Q: Which carriers are used for shipping?A: MwCustoms uses UPS and USPS for shipping. Our company ships worldwide. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout after entering your address.
Q: What do I do if my tracking number says "delivered", but I have not received my product?A: In this case, please contact the shipping carrier that the tracking number is with, and open a claim. We also ask that you notify us that your package has not been delivered after receiving a claim number from the shipping company. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
A: The wait time on pre-built products is 4-8 weeks. During the holiday season, our time frame will increase to 6-10 weeks due to high demand of our product.
Q: Who is responsible if I do not specify the correct style of pre-built lights?A: The customer is responsible if they do not specify the correct style of lights in the notes section on the cart page. In this case, a refund will not be issued and a new set will not be produced unless an additional order is submitted by the customer. When checking out, it is important to include the correct year, make, and model. We also require that the paint code is included at checkout in the notes section. If you do not know how to locate your paint code, please provide the vehicle's VIN number.
