*What is passive entry?*

Passive entry is an automotive system that allows the user to access and start the vehicle without taking out a physical key. This feature includes buttons that are on your OEM door handles. This cannot be added on if your vehicle did not come equipped with it.

*Upgrade to Sequential Switchback*

**All LED door handles come standard with switchback (a function that displays a white running light then will switch to amber when your turn signal is activated, and then back to white when deactivated).

By selecting "YES" to sequential switchback, you will have the added feature of movement from left to right. 

*Color Options*

Gloss Black: This is an OEM gloss black paint color.

Colormatched: Your product will be professionally painted to match your vehicle. Your vehicle’s paint code will be requested. If you do not have it – please provide your VIN number.

*Lead Time*

Our standard lead time for pre-built products is estimated at 6-10 weeks. The lead time can change due to back orders with manufacturers, etc.  This time frame allows us to procure, disassemble, paint, re-build, and lastly ship out a product.

Once your order is placed, we will immediately request the parts from trusted companies such as Morimoto, AlphaRex, Recon, Spyder, and Boost Auto Parts.

*Warranty*

Our pre-built products have a one-year warranty.

*Cancellation Policy*

If your order needs to be cancelled, it must be done within 24 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation fees will be enforced at 20%.
